I support the HR needs of both individuals and small organizations. Often, individuals need confidential, third-party guidance with many HR issues that they may not feel comfortable discussing with their manager or internal HR representative. Also, many small organizations either do not have a full-time HR expert, or no not have a team that possesses the necessary  experience to handle unique HR situations.
